Greetings!

Hello to each and every single visitor from all ends of the line! Wherever you may be, I appreciate the very fact you're here reading this at all. I figured to get things started, I should probably say a few things about myself..

I'm a huge gaming fanatic and have been since the very moment I could hold a controller. My family's still got photos of me when I was somewhere between ages 1-2 holding an NES controller. I probably wasn't very good, but I guess I had to get started somewhere! I am now in my 30s and enjoy titles from just about any platform from any region.

Among my favorite platforms are the PC Engine and its CD buddy, Sega Saturn, Famicom, SuFami, NEC's PC-8801 & 9801, Commodore 64 & Amiga, and Sharp's X68000. If I had to choose a favorite game, even at gunpoint, I don't think I could for there are far too many for me to name. If I could break things down into a series, it would probably be Dragon Quest.. or maybe Ys? Hmm.. See what I mean?

I'm happily married and polyamorous, my wife equally into gaming as I am. This leads to lots of co-op and just general play around eachother, always an absolute blast ♥

So.. What to expect here? First and foremost, please expect me to be extremely slow, as I always get involved in stuff on my end and wind up distracted between activities. But this will be used for some general ramblings about video games and their history, things I find cool among said history, neat stuff in general, and reviews/blurbs/thoughts with screenshots I'll be taking as I play.

Some of these reviews will include ROMhacks and fan-translations, including my thoughts on their quality. If there exist grammatical errors and bugs within these projects, I'll take note of them- not to criticize or be anything, but simply in the hopes that these notes may, perhaps, be helpful in the case of a future revision of the hack/translation.

With that all aside, I hope you enjoy browsing through here as I find the time to update this page! Cheers to you all.~
